At Volk Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward eyewear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Volk Optical case and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
